Terms Of Shopping

For security purposes, when you’re ready to make a purchase, we would rather take your credit card information over the phone so there are no security risks on anyone’s part.

Shipping Charges will be calculated and added to your order based on the product size, weight, and destination zip code.

Please make sure you provide us with your correct email address, shipping address, and telephone number so we can contact you, if necessary, about your order.

Due to credit card Fees, there is a $2 fee for purchase under $10.

In case of damage or loss / return policy / warranties

All merchandise is inspected, securely packed and counted before it leaves our warehouse. Orders will be shipped common carrier (LTL), UPS ground, or USPS depending on the size and weight of the shipment. All shipments are insured for damage or loss. Damage to merchandise during shipment is rare. We have a 99% delivery success rate, however, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control.  In case of damages or loss of merchandise you can refuse the shipment entirely or if you accept the shipment, it is your responsibility to note the damage or loss when signing for the product/shipment. We recommend you take several pictures of the damages for claim purposes. We also recommend you contact us immediately while the delivery agent is present so we can help you determine whether to accept or refuse the shipment. Returns must be authorized by Southern Front Inc prior to product being returned. Returns are only authorized if there is a manufacturers defect, or an error on our part. There are no returns for buyer’s remorse or buyer’s mistakes. Warranties, please refer to the warranty pertaining to your particular purchased item (doors or stained glass products) for detailed information.

Cancellation Policy

Our order cancellation policy applies to prepaid orders, custom orders, pre-hung orders and / or prefinished orders only. Order cancellations are not allowed for these orders, unless the order is cancelled prior to commencement of production. If the order was prepaid, a minimum 10% cancellation fee will be assessed regardless of the reason for cancellation. Additional cancellation fees may be assessed to cover any loss sustained by Southern Front, Inc. or one of our affiliates.

Warranties

There shall be no express or implied warranty by Southern Front, Inc. on any product sold. All warranty claims must be made to the product manufacturer. In no event shall Southern Front, Inc. be liable for consequential or incidental damages or injuries pertaining to any product we sell. No claims for labor or damage will be allowed.

All orders received via telephone, fax, mail, email or any other method will be deemed to have agreed to these terms. Prices are subject to change without notice. Southern Front, Inc. is not obligated to honor prices from internet cached pages.

Door and Window Shipping Information

Southern Front Stained Glass doors and windows are shipped anywhere within the continental United States. All freight is shipped pre-paid. We use only top-rated freight companies and shop for the best rates and delivery services available. We have negotiated the freight rates based on our volume of orders so the shipping rates you are paying are competitive in the industry. Our orders are curb side delivery so, the product will be delivered to the curb only. Due to the size of the some of our door crates, it may be necessary for you to have additional personnel available to help in the unloading of the crate.

Damages

All merchandise is inspected, securely packed and leaves our warehouses in good condition. We are not liable for damage or loss once it has been placed on board the truck. The merchandise literally becomes the property and responsibility of the freight carrier.

Damage to the merchandise during shipment is rare. We have a 99% delivery success rate, however, sometimes things happen that are beyond our control. When receiving your shipment, please inspect for damage prior to signing the delivery receipt. If any damage is found you should make a notation on the delivery receipt and file a claim for damage with the delivering freight carrier. The merchandise is fully insured by the freight company for 100% of the value. Please do not return the merchandise to us without our authorization as we will not accept the shipment and it will be returned back to you.

Shipment Error or Shortage

If you receive a shipment and there is a shortage or an error, please contact us within 24 hours of signed delivery. We will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly and completely. We want your experience with Southern Front Stained Glass and Doors to be a positive experience from beginning to end. We pledge to do our best and assist your with whatever situation may present it self.
